We collect nonpublic personal information about you that is provided with your consent.  Slepian Law and its employees do not disclose any personal information about our clients to anyone without authorization or as required by law.  We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about current or former clients except when authorized to allow us to effectively represent our clients or as required/permitted by law.

We retain records relating to our services.  In order to guard and secure your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with the professional standards of New York State.
